- beef tripe - 700 g.
- garlic - 5 cloves
- butter - 150 gr.
- cheese - 300 g, grated
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper - sweet and hot as desired
- white pepper
Method of preparation
Heat half the oil in a pan, fry the chopped garlic for 20 seconds and put the tripe to fry for 1 minute.
Then transfer it to a pan together with the fat and season with all the spices to taste.
Sprinkle generously with cheese and put it to bake in a very hot oven for ten minutes.
The belly with butter in the oven is ready.
