Ingredients:
- 4 pcs. beef burgers
- 4 pcs. eggs
- 4 slices cheddar
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato slice, sliced cucumbers to serve
- Ketchup and mustard for garnish
Instructions:

Preparation of the burgers:
- Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the burgers on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Make sure the temperature in the center of the burgers has reached at least 70°C.
- Fry the eggs separately to desired doneness.

Assembling the burgers:
- Cut the burger buns in half and place one burger on the bottom.
- Add 1 slice of cheddar on top of the burger
- Add lettuce, tomato slice and sliced cucumbers on top of each burger.
- Top each burger with 1 of the fried eggs.

Plate and serve:
- Serve the burgers with ketchup, mustard and other garnishes as desired.
- Attach the top of the burger buns and serve the beef burgers warm.
