Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs. eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato slice, sliced ​​cucumbers to serve

Instructions:

  1. Preparation of the burgers:
    • Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Place the burgers on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Make sure the temperature in the center of the burgers has reached at least 70°C.
    • Fry the eggs separately to desired doneness.
  2. Assembling the burgers:
    • Cut the burger buns in half and place one burger on the bottom.
    • Add 1 slice of cheddar on top of the burger
    • Add lettuce, tomato slice and sliced ​​cucumbers on top of each burger.
