Necessary products:
- mushrooms 800 g.
- beef pastrami 150 g.
- red onion 1 head
- oil 100 Jr
- lemons 2 no.
- salt 1 ch.l.
- Dill 3 stalk
Method of preparation:
Cut the cleaned mushrooms into slices, and the red onion into small pieces. Place them in a bowl and season with lemon juice, oil, salt and finely chopped dill . Arrange the trout cut into thin strips on top and serve.
