Recipe for Jarred Beef Dish in Own Sauce

Necessary products:

  • 1 jar of beef in its own sauce
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • Salt, pepper
  • Fresh parsley and rosemary for garnish
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh milk

Method of preparation:

  1. Preparation of Mashed Potatoes:
    • Boil the potatoes until soft and mash them with the addition of butter and milk.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Preparation of the Meat:
    • Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan and heat over low heat.
    • Add the finely chopped onions and carrots.
    • Pour in the red wine and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Serving:
    • Serve the meat on a layer of the creamy mashed potatoes.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and rosemary.
