Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg. beef tails
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 400 g of tomatoes
- 200 g of tomato puree
- 200 ml. Red wine
- Herbs and spices to taste
Method of preparation:
- Fry the chopped onion and garlic in a little beef tallow .
- Add the veal tails, tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs and spices.
- Pour in the red wine and cook on low until the tails begin to fall apart.
- Transfer everything to a tray and bake for 30-40 minutes.
