Recipe for Beef Tail Meat Dish in the Oven

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg. beef tails
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g of tomatoes
  • 200 g of tomato puree
  • 200 ml. Red wine
  • Herbs and spices to taste

Method of preparation:

    • Fry the chopped onion and garlic in a little beef tallow .
    • Add the veal tails, tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs and spices.
    • Pour in the red wine and cook on low until the tails begin to fall apart.
    • Transfer everything to a tray and bake for 30-40 minutes.
