Ingredients:
- 1 T-Bon steak (about 450 grams)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of dried garlic powder
For the garnish:
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- A few mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for spreading
Method of preparation:
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the steak with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic powder.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium-rare steak. If you prefer a more well-done steak, let it cook for a longer time.
- During this time, roughly chop the peppers, onions and mushrooms and brush them with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill the vegetables until soft and lightly golden.
- Once the steak is done, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the steak with a side of grilled vegetables.
