Recipe for juicy T-bone steak on the grill with spices

Ingredients:

  • 1 T-Bon steak (about 450 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of dried garlic powder

For the garnish:

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • A few mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for spreading

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the steak with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic powder.
  3. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium-rare steak. If you prefer a more well-done steak, let it cook for a longer time.
  4. During this time, roughly chop the peppers, onions and mushrooms and brush them with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the vegetables until soft and lightly golden.
  6. Once the steak is done, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the steak with a side of grilled vegetables.
