Ingredients

  • 4 pcs. burger buns

Instructions:

1. Heat the pan:

- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the beef tallow.

2. Preparation of the burgers:

- Place the burgers in the hot pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden and toasted and with an internal temperature of at least 70°C.

3. Assembling the burgers:

- Cut the burger buns in half
- Add desired toppings on each burger patty, such as lettuce, sliced ​​tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, ketchup, mustard and more.
