Necessary products:
- 500 g minced beef with spices
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2-3 tbsp. bread crumbs
Method of preparation:

Preparation of the meatballs:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, egg and breadcrumbs. Knead well.

Forming the meatballs:
- Take a small amount of the mixture and form into meatballs the size of a large walnut. Continue until all the mixture is used up.

Grilling:
- Heat the grill to medium-high and spread with bacon or half an onion.
- Add the meatballs and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Serving:
- Serve the meatballs hot, with a salad or side dish of your choice.
