Ingredients:
- A jar of beef ribs
- 4 medium potatoes
- 50 ml of fresh milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (eg parsley)
Preparation method:

Mashed potatoes:
- Peel and cut the potatoes into equal cubes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.
- Drain the water and add the milk and butter to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Beef Ribs:
- Heat the ribs from the jar in a skillet over medium heat.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a little water or beef bone broth to thin it out.

Serving:
- Serve the ribs over a portion of the mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs for flavor and visual appeal.
