Recipe for tender beef ribs in the oven with mashed potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. A jar of beef ribs
  2. 4 medium potatoes
  3. 50 ml of fresh milk
  4. 2 tbsp. butter
  5. Salt, pepper to taste
  6. Fresh herbs for garnish (eg parsley)

Preparation method:

  1. Mashed potatoes:
    • Peel and cut the potatoes into equal cubes.
    • Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.
    • Drain the water and add the milk and butter to the potatoes.
    • Mash the potatoes until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Beef Ribs:
    • Heat the ribs from the jar in a skillet over medium heat.
    • If the sauce is too thick, add a little water or beef bone broth to thin it out.
  3. Serving:
    • Serve the ribs over a portion of the mashed potatoes.
    • Garnish with fresh herbs for flavor and visual appeal.
