Ingredients:
- 1 jar of beef ribs in their own sauce
- 2 tbsp. wheat honey
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Fresh herbs (eg rosemary or thyme)
- Vegetables for roasting (eg potatoes, carrots, peppers)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the ribs from the jar and place them in a suitable baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, red and black pepper. Mix well and coat the ribs with the resulting mixture.
- Arrange the washed and chopped vegetables around the ribs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the ribs are golden and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
