Ingredients:
- beef tenderloin (about 600 g)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Vegetables for garnish (mushrooms, peppers)
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the sirloin. Rub it on all sides with olive oil.
- Season the meat evenly with salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat the grill to medium high and put the meat on.
- Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes for medium or until desired doneness.
- Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- While the meat is resting, cook the vegetables on the same grill, turning until lightly browned.
- Slice the sirloin and serve with the side of grilled vegetables.
