Ingredients:
- 1 jar of raw beef preserved in its own sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- A sprig of fresh parsley for garnish
Method of preparation:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until golden.
- Add the beef from the jar along with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir well and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the white wine and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
