Vinification:The wine is made from carefully selected grapes from our own vineyard and was aged for 12 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.

Features:Deep dark red color. Aromas of black fruits, chocolate, tobacco. Good tannic structure, medium body. A wine with a long finish and a memorable taste.

Food:game, pork, yellow and aged cheeses, dishes with mushrooms, truffles and Mediterranean spices.
To be served:: +17 °C to +19 °C, decant before serving
