Vinification:
The carefully selected grapes for this wine are aged for 18 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.

Features:
Sparkling tile color and expressive aromas of red fruits such as cherries, sour cherries, blackcurrants and stones, enhanced by smoky and woody nuances such as twigs, vine and fern. A wine with a light to medium structure, a pleasant juiciness on the finish and long fruity impressions, intended for connoisseurs.

Food that goes with:
Beef, game, pheasant, partridge, yellow cheeses, fatty fish such as flounder, carp and salmon.

To be served:
At a temperature between +17 °C and +19 °C, with a recommendation to decant an hour before serving.
